Palate: Crisp and clean, leading with a burst of sweet fruits such as apple, pear, and a hint of peach. It develops into more complex notes with vanilla custard, light toffee, and a touch of almond. Smooth and light mouthfeel, with a well-balanced sweetness and gentle spiciness.
Finish: Medium length. Fruity and slightly creamy, fading into a soft spiciness with hints of oak and a touch of ginger.
