Will out of stock items be available again?

We work closely with independent bottlers, and many of our whiskies are released in small batches, meaning stock can sell out quickly and may not be repeated. Do You Buy Whisky from Private Collections?

No, we do not purchase whisky from private collections. All our stock is sourced directly from verified and trusted suppliers. Some bottles may be from older releases, stored securely in our facilities.

Do You Offer Next-Day Shipping?

Yes! UK customers can opt for Next-Day Delivery for £9.95. To qualify:

  • Orders must be placed by 1 PM for next-working-day delivery.
  • Orders placed on Fridays will arrive the following Monday (Saturday delivery may be available at an additional cost - please contact us in advance).

Can TWB Ship to the USA?

Can I Ship My Own Private Bottles to the USA?

Yes, we offer a private shipping service for customers looking to send their own bottles to the USA. You can either drop off or send your bottle to our warehouse, and we’ll handle the rest. What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged or Incorrect?

We take great care in shipping, and damages are rare. However, in the event of an issue:

  • Delivered items: Retain all packaging and contact us with photos within 28 days of shipping.
  • Incorrect or missing items: Contact us within 7 days, keeping all items and packaging intact.

For lost packages marked as "delivered," claims must be made within 7 days.
