Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Nose: Pronounced citrusy notes - lemon meringue pie – combined with sherbet, almond pralines and custard creams.
Taste: A well-evolved dram that belies it's youthful years. Intense, like an alcohol-infused lemonCallipo. Almond and raisin nougat, drizzled with honey. Super spicy, especially towards the end, as the rye cask flexes it's significant muscle, with notes of cinnamon and ginger coming through.
