TWB Tasting Notes:
Nose: Opens with a subtle yet evocative aroma of coastal brine, instantly transporting you to the shores of Islay. Gentle wisps of smoke intertwine with the scent of fresh orchard fruits, notably crisp apples and pears. Hints of creamy vanilla and a soft floral note add depth and complexity, inviting further exploration.
Palate: Exceptionally balanced and smooth, offering a harmonious blend of sweet and savory flavors. Honeyed malt provides a luscious sweetness, complemented by the creamy richness of vanilla. A whisper of peat smoke gently weaves through the profile, adding a layer of warmth and complexity. Notes of sea salt and a delicate spice, reminiscent of white pepper, enhance the overall experience.
Finish: Long and satisfying, with the soft smoke lingering pleasantly on the palate. Fruity undertones of apple and pear resurface, accompanied by a gentle warmth that gradually fades, leaving a sweet, smoky aftertaste.
