NOSE: Opens with a burnt caramel sweetness – coal fire smoke & chimney soot.
PALATE: The polished oak style runs to smoke from casks being charred – combined with a surprisingly fruity quality.
FINISH: Long – now the Islay character truly appears with cigar smoke & sweet bonfire ashes.
