Hunter Laing Tasting Notes:
This pale-gold coloured whisky has a mellow, woody nose with notes of oak and lemon zest. The palate is sweet yet savoury, with flavours of salted caramel and butterscotch. The palate is long with lingering heat and hints of white pepper.
TWB Tasting Notes:
Nose: Enticing aromas of honey-drizzled pears, vanilla bean, and soft citrus notes intertwine with gentle hints of toasted oak and subtle spice.
Palate: A rich and creamy texture reveals layers of baked apples, caramel toffee, and delicate cinnamon, complemented by undertones of malted barley and a touch of dried fruits.
Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering notes of sweet malt, light oak tannins, and a whisper of warm spice that leaves a satisfying warmth.
