This deep golden rum brims with sweet, rich, fruity aromas countered by zesty lemon and lime, some treacle toffee and cloves. The wonderfully succulent, honeyed palate delivers waves of flavour. The little oak shines through t offer some balancing tannins. The Caroni distillery closed a few years ago so enjoys this rarity while you still can.
