The nose is sweet-rich: almond paste, southern cakes, Mediterranean biscuits, marzipan. A cutie! Citrus notes and cold limoncello from the Amalfi coast looking down onto the gulf... sorry, I forget myself! As we taste we are projected forwards: we witness it play out like a Rossini overture, each molecule a universe.
