Nose: An inviting aroma of tropical fruits, particularly ripe bananas and pineapple, intertwined with notes of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of smoky oak. Subtle undertones of spice and molasses add complexity.
Palate: Bold and full-bodied, with an explosion of flavors. Initial sweetness of caramel and toffee gives way to dried fruits, such as figs and raisins. Mid-palate reveals layers of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a touch of black pepper.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of spiced oak, vanilla, and a hint of leather. A touch of dried fruit sweetness remains on the palate, inviting another sip.
