Jura Distillery
Isle of Jura Distillery, located in Craighouse on the Isle of Jura off Scotland’s west coast, originally opened in 1810 but closed in 1901. Rebuilt by architect William Delmé Evans, the modern distillery reopened in 1963 with four stills. Specializing in primarily unpeated single malt whisky, Jura also produces a limited annual peated expression. Actively participating in Feis Ile, the Islay Festival of Malt and Music, Jura offers notable releases including Jura Superstition, Jura Prophecy, and Jura 21 Year Old. As a key player in Scottish whisky, Isle of Jura Distillery continues to enchant whisky enthusiasts worldwide.
