Arran Distillery

Commissioned by the Isle of Arran Distillers in 1995, Arran Distillery is nestled in breathtaking scenery just south of Lochranza, at the northern tip of the Isle of Arran. Equipped with four stills, dunnage warehouses, and a visitor centre offering distillery tours, Arran caters to whisky enthusiasts looking to immerse themselves in Scottish whisky heritage. With a distillery café on-site, guests can savor local fare while exploring both unpeated and peated malt spirits matured in sherry, bourbon, port, and wine casks—resulting in a dynamic, ever-expanding whisky portfolio. Signature releases include the popular Arran Machrie Moor, The Illicit Stills, and an Arran blended Scotch, each reflecting Arran’s commitment to quality, innovation, and island-inspired tradition.
