Nose Dynamic. Toffee, caramel, fresh ginger and allspice.
Taste Lush. Deliciously sweet. Pop tarts. Demerara sugars, crème brûlée and Hovis digestives. Super spicy and peppery notes come through towards the end. These re-charred casks can be quite fantastic.
