NOSE Smoky bonfires, then soapy water and wet wool, with a smouldering beach bonfire in the distance. Hints of mineral oil, then wax.
PALATE Smooth and mildly sweet start with good acidity and sea salt.
FINISH A lingering, charred, slightly sour finish.
