Aroma Sweet and creamy; vanilla custard topped with crushed meringue and zesty lemon curd. Fresh cut grass swirls with aromas of the seaside; sea weed, brine, and sea salt. Light peat smoke envelopes the nose throughout.
Taste Candied lime and lemon sit upon a bed of stewed pear and currants. Nuances of velvety milk chocolate lead to richer leather undertones with hints of liquorice.
Finish Long and smooth on the finish with refined woody tones, tobacco, and bonfire embers.
