Nose: Strawberries; rich fruits; gooseberries; full fat cream; raisins; honey and cocktail cherries and obvious sherry notes. Palate: Vanilla with a hint of toffee; raspberries; strawberry jam; soft spice and marzipan. Finish: The soft spices continue with vanilla, cream and hazelnuts.
